Friends are one of the most precious things we can have in our lives. True friends are there for you whenever you need them. They know your good points and your not so great points and they love you anyway. They don't use you to hurt someone else. They don't chose sides when something goes wrong between you and another friend, but instead are there for you when you just need someone to talk to. Your friends may not always understand you, but they are there for you anyway. I have had some great friends in the Internet community, and met several of them in real life. Some have moved on to things away from the chat rooms, and some just drop in from time to time to visit for a little while. For those that have moved on, I wish the very best of luck, love and life to you. To those that have let heartbreak and disappointment come between us, I hope that one day you too can find it in your hearts to see that friendship is a very important part of your life.
